I believe that there is a request on Microsoft's UserVoice forum to remedy this but I don't think it's going to happen. My icloud, gmail, and a few others do not have the option to clip to Evernote, just OneNote. I have multiple msn.com emails that work with the Evernote plugin perfectly.
